The growth NIRC has witnessed in the period of 1 year since the launch of the company is unprecedented. We have grown from the few to over 50 employees in less than a year which would not have been possible without the faith and believe our client have placed on us. Primarily a IT company, we are now into number of business. A handful of the reputed companies have been using our product and we are overwhelmed by their responses and feedback till date. Our expert management team and years of experience in software development will enable our clients to achieve more.
Our head office is located at Bodhigram Tole (Near ANFA sports Complex), Lalitpur. It is home to more than fifty employees. Today, we have vibrant employees including interns from diverse economic, social and cultural backgrounds. Here students from IT and management background are working together on various business model development for the applications they are developing. Our working environment is very friendly and co-operative. We believe in teamwork. We believe that teamwork provides additional performance gains that exceed the mere sum of its members’ single contributions.
Talking about our experiences and expertise, we have been working on technologies like NODE JS, JAVA/JEE, Android and iOS native applications for quite some time. Majority of our activities are carried out on JAVA platform. Different software from NIRC has already hit the market and is doing perfectly fine. Started as a software company, we are now already into several other businesses like market research, Social media branding, Animations and cartoons and so on.
